Canvas on internal wooden frame

Our high-rated and individual frames are produced and conformed especially for your art print. You decide the size of your painting. Your masterpiece is not complete until we hand assemble all components of your choice. All of our customised frames are made from natural wood.

Tip 1: In our interactive frame shop you can easily zoom-in or zoom-out by clicking on the magnifying glass!

Tip 2: Use the wall colour selector chart to easily change the background colour your art print is displayed on!

The last 3 cm of each side are mirrored and added to the picture. These added margins are folded around the wooden wedge.
In this way we achieve a printed border without losing any picture information.

Characteristics of poster on stretcher bar

Posters are articles with a fixed size and price. To mount your poster on a stretcher it has to be laminated on canvas first.
Please choose the option "transfer poster on linen canvas" in the article view. Posters on a stretcher feature a white border.

Characteristics of handmade oilpaintings on a stretcher:

Our handmade oilpaintings are crafted by professional artists in your preferred size. Due to the fact that the framing is
another step in the production process, your oilpainting on a stretcher features white borders. This guarantees that no
information is lost.

Retightening:

Tighten canvas print on stretcher bars (Reference 7110)

We only use stretcher bars that can be put back into place and tighten whenever needed because of degradation. Put a piece of cloth on a table. Lay the print up side down, face of the picture on the cloth. On each corner, you can use a little hammer to knock on the key to tighten the canvas.

Caution : we recommend you protect the back of your canvas print before using the hammer in order to avoid any bumps on the canvas.
