This was the second order and again the same mistake happend on your side!!!You haven't pass to UPS my mobile phone number (for the fist delivery they searched for me in local phonebooks, but found just my uncle, who knew happily number of my brother, who knew mine...horrible.For the second delivery i called slovakian UPS in advance to give them my number, but they were not able to put it in their system before the package was in Slovakia, so i have to call them once more and then i got it (2 days later as promissed).What for did i provide my phone number to you? Isn't it mandatory to state phone contact if you use delivery service?You failed in the same thing for the second time and i really doubt that I'll order something more from you!
