1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING

You can visit our website without giving any personal information. Each time a web page is called up, the web server automatically records only a server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the access provider (access data) and documents the call. This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the site and improving our offer. Such data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller in accordance with Article 6 (f) paragraph 1 of the GDPR. All access data will be deleted at the latest seven days after the end of your visit to the website.

Hosting
The hosting and display services of the website are partially provided by our service providers as part of the processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated in this data protection declaration, all access data and data collected in the forms provided on this website are processed on their servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please contact us as provided on our website.

You will find further information about the processing of your data, in particular the transfer to our service providers for the purpose of order processing, payment and shipping, in the following sections of this data protection statement. After the complete processing of the contract or the deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and after the expiration of the retention periods under tax and commercial law in accordance with Article 6, point c) of paragraph 1 of the GDPR, unless you expressly consent to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6, point a) of paragraph 1 of the GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond what is legally permissible and of which we will inform you in this statement.
