The company KUNSTKOPIE.DE, owner of Art-prints-on-demand.com and Myartprints.co.uk, is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. Our policy of protection of personal data follows the German law about privacy and personal information as well as the EU regulation called GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

 

1. Access data and data hosting

You can surf on our website without communicating any peronal information. When you land on a page of our website our webserver automatically registers what is called a Server-Logfile: your IP Address, date,  time,  volume of transfered data, information about your internet service provider (access data) in order to save a history of your connection to our website.

These registered information enables a better access to our website and navigation through its pages. In compliance with the article 6, 1st paragraph of the GDRP, the processing of this data is to the interest of the visitor of our website.

Data hosting by a third party

In order to run our website and online business, we use the computer services of a third party for data hosting. It enables a better operation of our online services. All the data collected on our website is saved on the third party servers. This third party (computer service provider) is located in the European Union.

 

2. Access and processing of your personal data to execute the contract or the opening of a customer account

We access your personal data that you freely register while ordering online, or contacting us (by email or via online form) or while opening a new customer account. The mandatory information is clearly indicated. Without this data, we cannot process your order, or answer any inquiry. In compliance with the article 6, 1st paragraph of the GDRP, the processing of this data is to the interest of the visitor of our website.

Once an order is completed or an account canceled, the personal data will be limited and erased when the legal period of preservation is over. Your personal data is kept if you continue to use our online services or if the law requires so.

Shutting your personal account and erasing your personal data is possible any time by asking us to do so (by email or via our online contact form).

 

3. Transfer of your personal data

In order to process your order and in compliance with the article 6, 1st paragraph of the GDRP, we transfer to the shipping companies the personal data required in order to compete the delivery of the products ordered online on our website. Depending on the payment method you choose while ordering on our website, we transfer to the credit card companies or payment service providers (such as Paypal)  the required personal data in order to complete the payment. For some payment service providers, it is required to open an account on their online plateform. If so, the privacy policies of the payment service providers apply as well.

Data transfer to shipping companies

In compliance with the article 6, 1st paragraph of the GDRP, we transfer your personal email and telephone number to the shipping companies in order to plan the delivery of your order.

Your consent for this data transfer can be withdrawn anytime by contacting us or by directly contacting the shipping company.

Google Analytics to analyse or trafic

In order to analyse the trafic of our website, we use the service of Google Analytics. This is done to the interest of our customers and visitors in compliance with article 6, 1st paragraph of the GDRP. The information collected during the surfing on our website is tranfered to Goole in the USA. Only the IP Addresses of our online visitors is collected and they remain anonymous. The IP Addresses collected by Google Analytics are not matched with other data of Google. After the use by Google Analytics to analyse the online trafic, the transfered information (IP Addresses) is erased.

Google LLC is an USA based company that has the EU-US Privacy Shield certification. This certification guaranties a high level of personal data protection.

Remarketing with Google Adwords

We advertise our website on Google Search Engine Results Pages and on other websites of the Google Display Network. To optimize our advertising targeting, we use Remarketing Cookies that allow us to collect information of the visitors preferences on our website and target corresponding online ads that match their preferences. This is done to the interest of the visitors of our website. Remarketing Cookies are automatically deleted after their use.
