I offer these comments in the spirit of improving operations. Overall, I am satisfied with your product. However, there are some aspects of the delivery process that could use some improvement. I originally placed this order on 5/19/2010. You indicated at that time that the order would be completed on 5/29/2010. I received the order today, 7/6/2010. That is more than 1 month later than you indicated that the order would be completed. On 6/28/2010, I received an email indicating that the order had been completed. The next day I received an email indicating that the order had been delivered. The UPS tracking number that you provided in that email indicated that the item had been delivered to me and the order was completed, although it was actually delivered to your New Jersey facility and would receive another UPS tracking number when it was shipped to me. I contacted your New Jersey facility and they were very helpful and gave me the new UPS tracking number. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the print.
